Third Level –Connecting To Higher Levels Of Consciousness

The Third Level represents the essence of Transformational Breath®, connecting to and expressing from the Spiritual Levels of our Being.

The integration and clearing of the lower subconscious in the mental/emotional level creates an opening, or pathway, to the higher subconscious or spiritual levels. As our frequency is accelerated and raised through the fully connected breathing pattern our consciousness expands creating a connection with our spiritual nature that can manifest as Love, Joy, and Peace.  Or, at times, going beyond and accessing the unlimited and mystical parts of Self and the Universe.
 

By opening and expanding into the higher planes of consciousness and higher dimensions of reality, we can access our Higher Self and bring the full experience of Spirit into form.
