Most of us realize that our air quality is more important now than ever.
And as breath workers, we have an added responsibility to make sure the air in our workspace is clean and healthy.
These past three years, many of us had to stop doing in-person sessions and groups because it was considered too risky to be breathing each other’s air.
Recently conditions have opened, and many of our professionals have begun doing breathing sessions in person again. Yet, the original Covid 19 and its variations remain with us.
We know that folks need to learn to breathe better and have a way to process some of the trauma, losses, and illnesses that we have all experienced in our lives and especially these past few years. I know nothing more effective and on point for that than Transformational Breath®.
